In many business situations small talk is just as important as the business topic itself. It breaks the ice were saying nothing would be rude or unfriendly.

In case studies and role plays you can practise typical situations like making first contacts, starting a conversation and welcoming and entertaining visitors. You will also take a look at cultural differences in various countries.

So step by step you can build up confidence in using your language and develop your socialising skills.

You should have a good background of English of about 4-5 years at school or equivalent. All materials will be provided.
